1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a gstar28 account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using the Platform, you expressly agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and refrain from creating or accessing a gstar28 account. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.

gstar28 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. Continued use of the Platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use a gstar28 account, in accordance with the legal gambling age enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and applicable Philippine law. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction of residence.

gstar28 services are intended exclusively for users located in the Philippines. You may not access or use the Platform if you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of gstar28 complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws.

2.2 Account Registration and Verification

To use gstar28 services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

gstar28 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification (passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.

You may register only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or registering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gstar28 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all transactions, bets, and withdrawals made using your account credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorization, you must notify gstar28 customer support immediately. gstar28 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposits

gstar28 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and direct bank transfers from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). gstar28 does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose transaction fees beyond our control.

Deposits are typically credited to your gstar28 account instantly. In rare cases where a deposit is delayed, you must contact customer support with proof of payment (transaction receipt or screenshot) for manual verification and crediting.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified with all required identity and payment method documentation submitted and approved.
• You must have met any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions before withdrawing bonus-related winnings.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by gstar28 for security or compliance reasons.

gstar28 aims to process withdrawal requests within 10 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within 24 hours for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or if additional verification is required. gstar28 reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced due diligence checks before approving any withdrawal.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

gstar28 operates in full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001) as amended. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account or transaction that raises suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illicit activity. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required by law.

4. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

4.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the gstar28 Platform are final and cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed once confirmed. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before submission. gstar28 will not be held liable for any errors made by you when placing bets, including incorrect stake amounts, incorrect game selections, or accidental duplicate bets.

gstar28 reserves the right to void any bet or game result if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the bet was placed in violation of these Terms, was the result of a technical error or malfunction, or was placed with the intent to exploit a system vulnerability or bonus abuse.

4.2 Game Fairness and RNG Certification

All casino games offered on the gstar28 Platform, including slots, table games, and live dealer games, use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated by gstar28 or any player.

Live dealer games are conducted in real-time by professional dealers and are subject to the standard rules of the respective games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, etc.). Any disputes regarding live dealer game outcomes will be resolved by reviewing recorded video footage of the game session.

4.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gstar28 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the gstar28 Platform.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity while using gstar28 services.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

gstar28 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are clearly stated in the promotional materials for each offer and must be read and understood before claiming any bonus.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted.

gstar28 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any promotion, or confiscate winnings if we determine that a player has violated the bonus terms, engaged in bonus abuse, or attempted to exploit a promotional offer in bad faith.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, using irregular betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, or colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their account closed, all bonuses voided, and all winnings forfeited.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

6.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

gstar28 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activities. We encourage all players to gamble responsibly and to view gaming as a form of entertainment, not as a way to make money or solve financial problems.

6.2 Self-Exclusion and Deposit Limits

gstar28 provides self-exclusion tools that allow you to temporarily or permanently restrict your access to the Platform. You may request self-exclusion for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure by contacting customer support. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit funds, or place bets.

You may also set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to help manage your spending. Once a deposit limit is set, it cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the gstar28 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of gstar28 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our express written permission.

The gstar28 name, logo, and all related trademarks are the property of gstar28. Unauthorized use of our trademarks or branding is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, gstar28 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of winnings, loss of data, or any other financial or non-financial losses.

gstar28 is not responsible for any technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment processing delays that may affect your ability to access the Platform or complete transactions. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.

In the event of a dispute, gstar28's liability shall be limited to the amount of funds in your account at the time of the dispute, and in no case shall exceed ₱100,000.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to your use of the gstar28 Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and gstar28.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

10. Account Closure and Termination

gstar28 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or if we are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification and compliance with our withdrawal policies. Any active bonuses or promotional funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

gstar28 is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
